The letting week is from Saturday at 3:30 pm until the following Saturday at 12:00 midday.
However, our caretakers may be finished cleaning
and preparing the house earlier in some instances
and can always be contacted on their mobile
telephones on take-over days to see if an earlier
access is possible.
A deposit of 25% of the
total price will be required at time of booking and the remainder, 6 weeks before the start of the rental.
The house is a no-smoking area and we regret that we cannot allow pets.
Long weekends are also available on request.
All electricity and logs are included in
the rental price.
There is
wireless internet access available.
Telephone calls are required to be paid
for.
All bed-linen is provided (except
for baby/travel cot) and the beds are made
up on arrival. Towels may also be
provided at extra cost upon booking.
